If you can get a spot at Bernie’s near McCarren, you’re in for a treat. Paulie Gee’s for pizza, Taqueria Ramirez for amazing tacos, temkins is a cool little dive bar I used to live near. It was an old lumber store, they never changed the sign. Paloma for coffee, Peter pan’s for donuts, frankel’s for babka, breakfast or lunch. Some really great upscale restaurants near the William Vale in Williamsburg. Also the spa over there is great. T’was my past life, hope you enjoy whatever you do!
