Back in fav place after two weeks off due to tonsillitis. I still feel so flat and yucky. 😷

I just got back this past week. Hadn’t gone since my trip to Europe. Feels good tho doesn’t it?

@jarrodt83 mos definitely. The hardest thing was to get back into logging and tracking everything for the PT. Like going back to school after the summer holidays! I hope you’re good? X

@benjiwild exactly like that. Haha. It’s felt so good tho. Body responding better than I thought. I’ve been pretty great. Hope you have been as well. 🖤

@jarrodt83 I’ve just got back, I’m waiting for the body to bounce back but I accidentally lost 4kg. So I’ve work to do and some food to chew. 😅
