im so annoying. those holes were from a different embroidery proj that i snipped out of this shirt. why cant i just finish things even when they arent perfect

Perfectionism is a huge killer of joy and creativity, it’s something I’m also trying to get over. But that’s not you being annoying, there’s likely some kind of reason why you have such high expectations for yourself. Look up the chapter “Dare to Be Average - Ways to Overcome Perfectionism” by David D. Burns. My therapist recommended it to me and it helped me a lot!

@doryan_grey aww, thank you! i never would have called myself a perfectionist until i started to make more things from scratch. its weird what sneaks up on you in life
