Finally deleted all my meta accounts. Feels liberating but also a bit weird. Glad to stop supporting that cunt though! ✨

I’m just way too addicted to instagram that I can’t delete it 😢

@sumeet_vehgal I also spent way too much time on it and I’m travelling South East Asia atm so I was kind of documenting my trip on it. But I’ll just start posting more in here, and using iMessage to keep in touch with friends and family. It’s going quite alright for now! Hahha

I haven’t deleted them yet but I’m almost doing it. Feels a bit weird tho… how do I manage the FOMO?

@thiaaago Honestly, I’m not sure what’s so special that we’re really going to miss. I understand how hard it can be to walk away from a full album of your pictures and over a decade of friends’ comments and memories. That’s why I’ve only deleted the app for now, not my account—at least not yet. But let’s be real: Instagram spends most of the day showing us silly memes, meaningless trends, and ridiculous dances. And before you know it, it’s taken up one, two, or even more hours of your day.

@itsregor well I just realized today that I spent almost the whole day on instagram and did nothing else. What waste of time. My life was consumed by my social media. So I deleted all the apps. Haven’t deleted accounts, just the apps. Even YouTube. Endlessly scrolling through it, I had enough of it. At least tomorrow morning when I wake up, Instagram is not the first thing I see. Doesn’t feel good yet. Hopefully it does soon.
