I have struggled with self confidence and body dysmorphia since I was young (was a chubby kid) so I have rarely ever posted a picture of me without a shirt on. I’m putting in a lot of work to get where I want to be and I’m super proud of the changes i’m seeing so far so I figured hey, why not post.
