A part of me only really makes sense in Italy. It feels especially good to be back this year.

Tomorrow I celebrate an anniversary. Three years of consistency. Three years of showing up for myself. Three years of waking up at 5.30 in the morning and asking myself ”Why am I doing this?” This is the reason. To re-activate my life. To boost my self esteem. To make sure I have decades of active years ahead of me. For those that think you can’t build a better body after 55, hold my beer.
