Hiiii, I’ve been working on something that’s both exciting and kind of terrifying, I’m starting a bakery. I moved from Nebraska to Grand Junction to be closer to nature, and through that shift I’ve found an incredible community. Hosting friends, making food, and creating space for people to reconnect has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Baking, especially bread, has become my way of showing love. This isn’t a full-time thing yet (I still have my day job), but I’m taking a leap of faith to build something small and special: a bakery that reflects warmth, comfort, and joy, a place for good bread, good people, and good moments. The only problem? I need a name.
