First time running with this men’s run club called Daily Discomfort. Brilliant group of guys supporting each other through running, breath work and open discussions about the things we all tend to bottle up. There wasn’t a single person who didn’t share something personal and true to them 🏃🏼🧘🏼‍♂️🖤
