Is it a gay friendly running club?

@shawnnnnn While it is a run club, it is also a safe space to share with each other. We do a 5k run after a full warmup, 10 minutes of guided breath work (eg box breathing, wim hof etc), then a circle discussion on a topic relevant to men’s mental health. Everyone is really supportive of each other regardless of sexuality. I’ve never felt bullied or seen as ‘less than’ with the boys. There’s a few gay guys in the mix. It’s definitely a unique dynamic of straight and gay men supporting each other. If you’re interested check out the instagram @dailydiscomfortau
