A journey to self fulfillment.
I’ve started this journey with the essential thing that’s been given… life.
Each one of us has a life.
Yet we live as if it wasn’t ours but someone else’s, we trade self love for external validation, acceptance for comparison, and as we move towards adulthood life looks gloomy.
Shame has taken over you, your bills terrify you, you avoid intimacy and you dilute your worth for 10 minutes of physical connection with someone you barely know.
We are taught that love somehow it’s found outside of us, when truly our capacity to love is found within.
You expect people to love you, to admire you, to be there for you, and without realizing you have become a vampire of yourself and your life.
You drain your life dwelling in the debt not financial, but emotional.
You think people owe you connection, people owe you relationships, you think your parents owe you love.
When in fact, no one owes anyone anything, we give what we have.
You wake up one day, life has gone by, and instead of shaming yourself you realize that this is your life.
You can change it, you don’t owe anyone anything and you can find fulfillment in yourself.
