the way it’s been hypothesized that the reason dating apps are so frustrating to use now is because of covid and how it’s fucked up everyone’s brain and reduced empathy and us as humans being able to make connections with others and be in tact with our emotions and caring about others and being able to be committed to people in a long term communication way instead of the usual text for a few days / weeks then they disappear like oh so im not losing my mind, everyone on dating apps really is just annoying and horrific to talk to now and it’s only gonna get worse cause nobody masks and the us is headed in a dark dark direction so everyone’s gonna keep catching covid and worse things like ah alright well, can’t say im surprised 🙂‍↔️
