@jon_jacobsen everything it feels like, how to navigate this new dynamic with my current partner to being more comfortable being openly poly— my firtst months have been pretty hard 🥲 lost a very good friend to me because of this (which sounds insane i know but hurts nontheless)

@adampatryk counselling or therapy with a professional who is an expert in this area might be a good start. If I were in your shoes, I’d consider that this probably isn’t an easy piece of news for your hubby to digest either, so you should think about him as well. Might be worth considering couple’s counselling/therapy too. In most cases, I find the internet or social media isn’t the best place to sort these things out, especially today. Good luck
