At first, I wanted everything around me to be beautiful — elegant interiors, well-mannered people, and the feeling of belonging among strangers. But it turns out that no matter where you are or what breathtaking landscapes you see, if it’s experienced with a conditional friend or boyfriend, it loses all meaning.
