Have you ever looked back on a relationship and thought, why was I like that? Like you became a version of yourself you can’t stand, saying things you wouldn’t normally say, acting in ways that feel out of character. And when it’s over, you realise - that wasn’t me, that was us. If someone brings out the worst in you, isn’t that the biggest red flag? A relationship should elevate you, not turn you into someone you don’t recognise. If it does, maybe it’s already over.
