I was having an off day at work recently and one of my counterparts from Miami messaged me to see how I was doing and it just made me feel supported and I really needed that! It was the first time I ever doubted myself at my current company and that little check-in helped to turn my day around.

@silveraccordlx Aww, glad to read this! Check-ins are important. Sometimes others see things in us that we don’t or help us see it and it’s nice to have someone around or close for those moments :)
