@theartfulroger me too! There are few things that delight me more than old, historic structures amidst ugly modern buildings. Have you ever heard of the Skinny House in Boston? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skinny_House_(Boston)?wprov=sfti1# It’s only as wide as the alleys you often see between late 19th-early 20th c structures in cities. It last sold for $1.25 million!
