For the past decade, I’ve had a rather dependent relationship with weed. Recently, I’ve made the decision to completely eliminate it from my life after struggling with paranoia, shame, and a lack of presence with my partner. Today marks my 14th day without it, and I’m incredibly proud of myself. While I still experience cravings, I’m genuinely content with my choice. I’m not seeking perfection but rather growth. I feel like I’m making progress.

It’s been 108 days since I’ve smoked weed. Stopping was the greatest decision I’ve ever made for myself. Proud of you! Feel free to reach out if you need to talk to someone who can relate.

Well done! It is so hard, speaking from experience! But cutting it out of my life was the best decision ever

Sometimes it’s good to take pause and reassess where you’re at. I took a two year pause from weed and alcohol after a breakup and it was one of the best things I did. Both are still in my life but I have a much healthier relationship with them and have different reasons for using them than I did before. Good luck on your journey wherever it leads you!
