A unique textile art piece hangs on a white wall. It is made of numerous tea bags stitched together in a grid pattern, with a black embroidered eye design in the center. Tassels and small, folded paper elements hang from the bottom.

“olho trêmulo” by Victor Fío, 2026 — embroidery and stitching on tea bags, 50 cm x 20 cm.

One of my photographs is exhibited this month in the 2026 Blue Sky Gallery - Oregon Center of Photographic Arts - Members Group Show. It’s one of my favorite galleries and photographic art spaces ever.. check them out if you’re ever in Portland Oregon!
