I spent decades of my life afraid to be seen. So carefully managing other’s perception of me. I think that’s a huge part of why I post these mirror selfies here. Wanting to be seen, and feeling like I’m able to let myself be seen for the first time in a very long time. Anyway, felt cute in my greens

I’m alcolhol free for more than three months now. I’m proud af and feel great! Challenging for me is not the graving but to fill the place with something different. And also on the other hand to find my place amongst drinking friends or at parties. Not that i have no fun but drunk people are not. With what did you guys replace the fog of the booze? And how your friendship relations and nightlife changed?
