Why are men so weird? I put in heaps of effort and he just sees me as a friend. Thoughts/ experience anyone?

~ just men in general 🫩 If you put in effort and they still see you as a friend then that’s that. To them you’re a friend, and you can’t change people’s feelings about you just to satisfy your own about them. You know? It’s best to look / put the effort elsewhere than putting your attention into the wrong person.

If a guy isn’t matching your energy it’s ok to move on even if it’s no contact completely, if you wanted more and they just want friends long term they will end up using this against you, from experience whenever they want something they give a little more to make you think you have a chance then when they get what they want suddenly it’s no more than friends again,
