BOSTON GAYS please help!! What are the fun spots/bars/clubs for a birthday! Doesn’t necessarily have to be a gay bar but obviously those are more fun :)

Your options are limited If you want a dance club you have Blend and Legacy. If your social circle is racially diverse, youll like Legacy more If you like bears: Alley bar, they have a dance floor upstairs but it’s usually dead. You’ll probs want to go when there is an event If you want a place with seating: DBar, club cafe There is also Dani’s Queer bar for the lesbians There are other places but these are the more popular ones

@lone_wanderer you’ve summarized everything really well! The only thing I would add is that last trains can be as early as 11 or even 10, on the commuter rail, at least.

Actually, what about Club Cafe? It’s been years since I’ve been there, tbh. But they have a huge space including the restaurant and bar, the cabaret, and a dance floor in back. Is it still popular? https://www.clubcafe.com

@casbahmike I would say Club Cafe, Legacy, Blend and DBar are the most popular. I’m not the target demographic for Alley Bar so I can’t speak too much on how active it gets. I haven’t been to Dani’s Queer Bar out of respect for the lesbians but I’ve passed by it and it seemed busy. Need to get an invitation somehow.
