If you feel unloveable this is for you, the only reason why you’re in this planet biologically is because deep within you there’s a heart beating to keep you here. Your thoughts might contribute to your survival but at the end of the day your heart has the final say; so if you would stop listening to the noise of your thoughts and you would listen to the sound of your heart you would begin to understand the reason why you’re here. That heart of yours is the one that loves you and wants you here. Not other people 😉
