Does anyone else ever feel weird about being young but not really feeling your age? I’ve been through a lot that made me grow up pretty quickly, and sometimes I feel like I just don’t relate to people my age anymore. I don’t think I’m better or more mature than anyone, I just feel like I see things differently now. Sometimes it gets lonely feeling like you’re too young for one crowd but too different for your own. Just wondering if anyone else gets it.

Young people will have the most disparity in life experience. That can be quite alienating, to relate to people who have significantly different life experiences. But that difference does get naturally less with age, and you find people with similar experiences, or you come to have less anxiety over these kinds of things. Don't dwell too much on it and focus on people - friendships/relationships.
