Missing dinner with the sibs tonight. Lately I keep wondering what life would look like if I moved home for good and found a good university to teach at there… And honestly, the adjunctification of professors in the US weighs on me. It doesn't incentivize educators to give their all. Not when the pay is below a decent living wage. I wish educators knew how to organize themselves to build a strong union.
