Dieter Roth (1930-1998) Grosse Landschaft 1969 Cheese (yes cheese), roofing felt and plastic on wood. Kind of jealous of this one. I liked it when I thought it was a painting but love it knowing it's cheese. Almost 60 year old cheese. Bonkers.
