20 months ago I started a fitness-gym-fall-back-in-love-with-me journey… I hit the gym when I can and have become more conscious about what I put into my body. Now, ~32lbs down, I’m really starting to feel like the summer is something to look forward to. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏼 self love takes time - have grace
