Been to Morocco ?

@alekseev I’m not a hardcore traveller. I don’t do like 5-6 cities in a 2 week period. I stayed 1 week in Marrakech. The capital is always buzzing. The central plaza is supposed to be fun but it’s just full of tourist traps. I went to Agafay desert which is northern rock desert outside Marrakech. Beautiful sunset and marvellous starry sky. The Bedouin cooked up a feast. Then I went to Agadir which is a beachfront town. But I was there during winter so forget the beach. The temperature was good at 20-25oC so not the 40+ you get in the summer. But that meant mega wind and no beach and no swimming. I took a cooking class with a local restaurant that was very fun. If I would do it again. If you land in Marrakech don’t stay there too long and I would go to Casablanca.

@jcp i also went to paradise valley which was very boring. There was a stop at a garden and the tourists were amazed in viewing mint and rosemary plants … and the actual valley was nothing like paradise.
