When you start isotretinoin (Accutane), your dermatologist usually increases the dosage gradually. I just started my second round and asked not to begin low and work my way up — I wanted to start at the highest dose right away. My poor face and lips… they’re sensitive, super dry, and a little sore. 🤧🫣
