After almost 5 years, today I went back to the university where I graduated and where I feel like I became a man. So many memories came up… I love and miss this place so much. 💚

I’m reading the most beautiful book (Three Daughters of Eve by Elif Shafak) set in Oxford and I’m feeling so nostalgic about my time there.

Being in Berlin reminds me of my grandma’s german lessons being hijacked by her outrage for my bad handwriting. and My aunt’s Kodachrome slideshows of the the wall coming down when they were correspondents for the Christian Science Monitor. feeling nostalgic for the curiosity they encouraged in me.

My friend received a letter I wrote (from London to València) to her as if I had gone to war x
