I am filled with rage every time I tap out of the Underground with the wrong card… 😤 I know there’s a refund process but my ADHD makes it so hard 😭

That happens to me a lot too, a few times i’ve even tried to accidentally open the gate with my key fob 😶‍🌫️

@anseo Oh don’t even, I’ve got my fourth appointment with the GP trying to explain Right to Choose - and this time I’m bringing an advocate!

@andrew.houghton Your *fourth*? Jesus wept, you’ve been through it with the medical gaslighting you poor thing. PsychiatryUK have a free download of a ASRS form and a legal letter on their website. I printed out both, filled in the form and sent both to my doc ahead of time. EFFORT I know but I think it helped. Rooting for you ♥️

Thank you, I will look into that! I have already sent a bunch of template letters and the GP seems to ‘want’ to help but they just don’t trust ‘Right to Choose’ because they haven’t come across it before.
