Looking for a roommate

Opening up my second bedroom in Andersonville! The bedroom is 9x13 and has two windows and a closet. The apartment is large and sunny, and has in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, central air and heat, and a gas stove. Second floor, one of four units in the building. There is a dedicated parking lot behind, an additional spot may be available (have to ask the landlord). Rent is $900 per month plus 50% of the utilities (gas, electric, internet). Background check will be required. I'm a photographer, graphic designer, and producer currently working freelance and gig jobs, so I bounce around a lot. I'm fairly quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I love to bake, so expect lots of scones, cookies, and cakes. A fellow creative would be lovely. A gay/queer man is preferred, though I'm open to whoever as long as its a good fit. 420 friendly.
