I’m alcolhol free for more than three months now. I’m proud af and feel great! Challenging for me is not the graving but to fill the place with something different. And also on the other hand to find my place amongst drinking friends or at parties. Not that i have no fun but drunk people are not. With what did you guys replace the fog of the booze? And how your friendship relations and nightlife changed?

Dating culture has somehow made nonchalance aspirational. Don’t text too much. Don’t seem too interested. Keep your options open. Be chill. Unfortunately, I hate what-ifs more than I fear looking interested. I wrote about dating fatigue, closing doors without knowing what was behind them, and the possibilities we keep alive just because nobody has disproved them yet.
