Update, I’m getting better at taking selfies of myself. Even with CPTSD trying to manipulate me into doubting myself, and disrespecting genuine me. Mental Health wise, I’m digging out my genuine self. From the unnecessary unmarked grave I was put into⚡️⚰️🧠🫀
