This happened to me when I had to dance in cold theatres… classical ballet + cold theatres + very hard rep that required a lot of breathing to get through it + white tights + tons of ala seconde turns and partnering was quite the challenge with nose bleeds actively happening during the performances and tech rehearsals

Saline spray helps a lot though!
