Ive never seen a roller pin like that, is that specific to this type of flatbread?

@tempson There are two types of rolling pins we use in Sweden to make soft flatbread. This one is called a ”kruskavel” or notched rolling pins and is used to roll the dough evenly giving it a rippled surface. Then we used a knobbed rolling pin to put holes in the dough when it’s at its desired size. That way it won’t bubble when it’s put in the oven and will bake evenly
