I know it might sound boring and clichΓ©, but yoga teaches you that. Go to classes, read into it. At first it’s physical practice, then it accompanies you in everything you do. Promise it helps! 🫢🏻

Call me a pessimist. Call me negative. Say I have a bleak output on life. I find that when you accept things are gonna go wrong and that nothing you can do you can free a bit of time and energy to actually live. Wrong things are not always a disease or something you need to fix. Life is a bitch and then you die

Have a morning hot drink ritual: Herbal, Caffeine, etc. taking time to heat water, prepare the drink, and then taking time for it to cool enough before I drink it. And making that time! Lets me set the tone for the day, reminds me today is just today.
