This year, before I jump to a conclusion about myself I’ll first ask “Has my screen time been high lately?” A huge chunk of the economy depends on people believing they need a product or experience to be worthwhile. So massive amounts of money and expertise are poured into convincing us we’re perpetually lacking. If we ever realised we’re fine as we are their income would collapse overnight 😅 Practicing a better suspicion of screen time in 2026 🧐
