I wish I had the confidence/delusion of the man in the gym pretending he’s boxing and has a skipping rope. Surely it’d be easier to actually box and actually use a skipping rope… 🤷‍♂️

I wonder if it’s the same 40 year old guy in my gym. He likes to shadow box at himself in the mirror between sets 💀 Had to stop myself from saying “Sorry, Rocky, can I get at the dumbbell rack? Thanks.” 😅

@mralastairjames If you live in South London we might have the same gym 😅 There’s also an older man who wears head to toe Lycra and likes to wait 5 inches from you while you finish a set. It’s all so incredibly tight he looks like a roll of clingfilm with a moustache 💀
