I work with my ex and now we avoid each other but it hurts a ton. We work 5 days a week together and changing my schedule isn’t an option. How do I process the fact that it’s all over and they want nothing to do with me now? Or at least they act like they want nothing to do with me. Any advice is appreciated :) For context: I ended things two months ago but they left for a month and got back yesterday. I didn’t want to end the relationship but I had to even though I still love them. They weren’t communicating or working on their avoidance. They didn’t respect me or my feelings and they treated my pretty badly after love bombing me.

First off I’m sorry you’re also a victim of being love bombed by someone who can’t sustain the love and second as you are presenting it well it seems impossible to avoid them (also I’m sorry to hear that), I don’t know if it’s advice but I’m proud of you for knowing your needs and walking away from someone who didn’t made the effort to meet them, cry, talk about it a thousand times, get angry it’s all valid, you can do it

Letting it all out means it’ll one day will just be something you let go, but until then lots of hugs to you

It was true to you and not them. You won babes. Whatever you gave to them was real. Whatever he gave you was bullshit. I know it hurts right now. It won't someday. You're in pain cause you're human and you felt that. Process it for something that wasn't real. One day you'll feel real love or connection and you'll laugh at this. In the meantime, I'd suggest focusing on yourself and getting back to the path you were already on before you met them. You got this! 🫶
