Museums, conservatory or something similar. Do something that is active and allows you to stand side by side instead of sitting across from each other. You’ll learn more about the person this way than interviewing them at a dinner and studies have shown sitting next to someone is more comfortable to our brains than staring directly across like at a restaurant
