Tomorrow I celebrate an anniversary. Three years of consistency. Three years of showing up for myself. Three years of waking up at 5.30 in the morning and asking myself ”Why am I doing this?”
This is the reason. To re-activate my life. To boost my self esteem. To make sure I have decades of active years ahead of me. For those that think you can’t build a better body after 55, hold my beer.

I’m alcolhol free for more than three months now. I’m proud af and feel great! Challenging for me is not the graving but to fill the place with something different. And also on the other hand to find my place amongst drinking friends or at parties. Not that i have no fun but drunk people are not.
With what did you guys replace the fog of the booze? And how your friendship relations and nightlife changed?
