Men have made me laugh and cry. They’ve made me anxious in sleepless nights. Others have held me in restful slumbers. I have woken up to them with a smile on my face, content. I have woken up to them wondering how to relieve them from their hope for any sort of future with me. Some of these men have become my friends. Some of these men have become strangers. Others have become a knowing smile as we cross paths in the streets.
