Me this week in my metal casting class after another piece didn’t work out 😭 Buuuut when it’s an actually bad day and I wanna kms, I’ve recently realized more often than not it’s old wounds resurfacing from teenage years that never got any tenderness, and less about whatever’s actually happening in the present moment 🫶
