Eucalyptus oil in a bowl of hot water, place your head over the bowl & a towel over your head then breathe in the eucalyptus steam.

The only medication that works for me and is non-drowsy is loratadine (Claritin). Cetirizine (Zyrtec), fexofenadine (Allegra), and diphenhydramine (Benadryl) didn’t work as well. Everyone is different though. My cat takes half a Zyrtec a day for his allergies.
