If you struggle with understanding how exactly to put your mind in the different state for manifestation, attraction or just get the slightest feeling of a change, then try a cold shower. It’s fine if you won’t be able to do it straight away. Stare at it for some time. It’s actually in some ways better. You’ll notice the thought process of making that action, of stopping yourself, taking time, struggling to get outside of your comfort zone and then finally making the decision “I CAN”. Then you’ll learn how to apply it to any other situations in your life. That any actions can be as simple as stepping into the cold shower.
