Should I get a haircut? 💇‍♂️ or 🙅‍♂️

I’m alcolhol free for more than three months now. I’m proud af and feel great! Challenging for me is not the graving but to fill the place with something different. And also on the other hand to find my place amongst drinking friends or at parties. Not that i have no fun but drunk people are not. With what did you guys replace the fog of the booze? And how your friendship relations and nightlife changed?

My therapist gave me a question to ask when I’m considering someone: “What could exist because of our union that wouldn’t exist without us?” If the answer points to growth and transformation, and I feel it too he might be worth exploring 🖤 Just reflecting, huh
