Smashed Potatoes and Oven Veggies 🥔🍅🍆🌶️
cook potatoes, smash them on a baking tray.
put olive oil, salt, pepper, chili powder and rosemary.
grill them in the oven.
cut in pieces:
- onions
- bell peppers
- eggplant
- tomatoes
- chili
- halloumi cheese
mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder, parsley, smoked spice.
grill in a baking dish in the oven
enjoy with with cream cheese :)
