Sounds like you’re talking about the borth end in boston. I used to live there. Its a place for straight conservative white people or people that have never had italian food and are from oaklahoma. But other areas are better, less racist, homophobic, and white. Cambridge, allston, jp, eastie, revere etc. we also do have good beaches. So there are things to do, but most of us are too busy inventing something most of the time.
