Wow, okay, where should I start. I agree with you @ericv, great question @aspn The knowledge that I’ve survived this sometimes confusing, often infuriating yet beautifully astounding journey in this reincarnation’s borrowed meat suit ❤️ Human creativity and how many of us nurture our talents through art as a medium for authentic self-expression, and how that feeds the souls of others that it lands with. The realisation that the concept of “courage” is not the absence of fear, but the ability to act in alignment with our truth in the presence of fear. The Universe…all these years later, I am still deeply moved by the strange magic of living on a spherical, semi-dormant volcano hurtling through infinity gazillions of years after a thermonuclear explosion 🔥 😂 The ocean, of course…waterfalls…sun…sky…stars. Writing, playing drums, playing guitar, making music with people I adore. Nature’s psychedelics: Ayahuasca, psilocybin, ibogaine and 5-MeO DMT: deep gratitude for everything they helped me understand about myself. Small but victorious acts of self-care. My friends and family. Comedy & laughter. Occasional wild nights out, and reflective nights in. I better stop now, oe else this will turn into 20 pages-worth of love. These were just a few 😂 ❤️ 🔥

I’ve found the most joy from investing in the simple things. Things like learning to enjoy my routine for self care, learning to enjoy my walks to and from in the city, enjoying the wonderful flowers I fill my muons with. I started to find most joy when I fell in love with what I like to do, realizing I do things because I want too and not because I need to do them for anyone else. I found joy with these simple things :) and everything else became a special treat.
