I also do this, to normalise what is a very normal thing. One time a colleague made a comment about women being unsuitable for a task and without even blinking I reminded him “Anything you can do women can do bleeding.” He shut up. As he should 🙂‍↕️

Especially if they notice me being uncomfortable, like I’m not gonna lie. U ask what’s wrong with me and I tell u simple as that. It’s “just” my period so of course I’ll talk about it.
